About the brand: Dr. Jart is a South Korean skin care brand that was created in 2004 by entrepreneur Lee Jin-wook, with help from dermatologist Dr. Jung Sung-jae. How to Use

After cleansing and toning, apply a moderate amount to face. Avoid eyes and mouth.
